I am in need of a freelancer to provide phone support for my customer service needs in CROATIAN / SLOVENIAN. Skills and Experience: - General customer service skills are sufficient, industry-specific knowledge is not required. - The freelancer should be fluent in CROATIAN / SLOVENIAN and have excellent communication skills. - Previous experience in customer service is desired. - The freelancer should be able to handle phone inquiries and incoming e-mails and provide assistance to customers. - The expected workload is less than 10 hours per week, cca 1 hour / day, every working day is needed. Important: You'll have to check the emails and missed calls from the previous 24 hours once a day, in the early afternoon. If there are no unanswered e-mails or calls, no task to do = nothing to bill that day. If there are some missed calls, you have to call them back - I provide dialer. If there are some unanswered e-mailes, you have to answer them.

Based on my previous experience working as an assistant for company that cooperate with Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro and working on a projects that includes selling real estate objects, communication with clients through mails as making contracts too, it will be a great experience to cooperate together.

HI, I think that I am a good candidate for this job. My native language is Slovenian, but I also speak Croatian fluently. I also speak English and German. I work full time in logistics (dispo), so emails, viber, whatsapp, phone,... are my strong points (I speak with clients 8 hours per day in different languages) I know how to deal with people / clients and I have great communication skills, because that is how i make my living :D If you have any further questions please let me know.
