WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK 2-4 HOURS A DAY WITH GST TIMING OF 10AM TO 1PM 1ST TASK WILL BE TO SEND CUSTOMERS THE SAME MESSAGE TO 200-500 CUSTOMERS A DAY THIS WILL TAKE 2 HORUS THEN THE LAST TWO HOURS WILL BE FOCUSED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL GET FULL TRAINING VIA SKYPE

I believe I’m qualified for the position because I already had an experience working in call center, which I was trained to be a good customer service representative. I am an active listener, patient, and goal-oriented. I also have an experienced in email support where I educated the customers and assisted them, thru prompt answers to their queries. As an office clerk, I answered questions from homeowners/customers, Update their files, and coordinated with the Administrator. As for my job as a store supervisor, I interacted with our customer by selling and educating them about the products.
