Our mission is to make every woman feel and look good down there - unapologetically. We’re a small female-founded eCommerce business. We’re based in Switzerland but travel a lot around the world (currently we work from Bali). **ABOUT THE ROLE** Looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who has perfect English speaking and writing skills. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in customer support and knows how to help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products/services, handle orders changes/returns/refunds on Shopify and collect customer feedback on the phone. The ideal customer service representative is also English native or is perfectly fluent in English (British accent preferred) as one of your tasks will be to call our customers in the UK to collect feedback. Last but not least, the ideal candidate is highly organized, fast, efficient, and resourceful. She gets things done and needs little guidance to complete the tasks at hand. She is young, friendly, open-minded and know how to deliver a friendly and caring customer service. **DAILY TAKS** - Reply to customers emails, Facebook messages and comments - Reply to customer reviews on Stamped, Trustpilot - Handle orders changes/refunds/returns on Shopify - Open queries and communicate with our 3PL to handle orders issues - Report your working hours in Clockify **WEEKLY TASKS** (not needed for the moment - will start in 2-3months) - make outbound calls using CloudTalk - report customer feedback in an excel sheet - report calls with customers in a call tracking excel sheet **TOOLS & PLATFORMS** - Shopify - Notion - Gmail - Google Drive - Excel - Facebook - Slack - Clockify **WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?** - You get to work in a positive, friendly, and ambitious female business ? - Opportunity to upgrade as a Customer Service Manager in the long run
