Job Overview: As a Freelance Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our onsite technical laptop repair operations. You will be tasked with hiring the right technical engineers, managing day-to-day operations, handling escalations, and ensuring that we meet our client's Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Your technical expertise in laptop and desktop repairs is critical to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: -Hiring Technical Engineers: Identify and hire qualified technical engineers to deliver onsite laptop repairs. -Operations Oversight: Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in laptop repair services. -Escalation Handling: Address and resolve any client escalations promptly and professionally. -SLA Compliance: Ensure that all service activities meet or exceed the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). -Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge to guide and support the repair process, providing hands-on assistance as needed. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager or similar role. - Technical expertise in laptop and desktop repairs is essential. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Knowledge of industry best practices in technical support. Location: This position is open to freelancers based in Atlanta, New Mexico, or Chicago. You will have the flexibility to work remotely while overseeing operations in the respective location.
