Transcribe Instructions from Videos

We have 30 videos totalling 23 hrs in for an educational program of a person showing how to do things on webinars. However a lot of the video is just chatter and Q+A's that can be ignored at the end so I estimate 15 hrs of actual content. We require someone to watch these videos for us and produce PDF's detailing the instructions (with hyperlinks for websites) step by step. Some examples are how to create a specific style of squidoo lens or weebly site. The good news is that the PDFS will only be used by us and we have some good knowledge. So we do not need things making very simple. For example the instructions can say "create account at [login to view URL]" and if no special instructions needed then that is fine. It does not need to say "enter name, enter address etc" Applicants must have excellent English skills and show proof of previous similar work or written English.
