I work for a small battery pack production company. We are ramping up production and need to have documentation for each lot. I've been searching for a solution that, ideally, would allow me to print several copies of a BUILD TRAVELER with a unique number on each copy that coincides with the build number, lot, and customer purchase order. Is there a way in VBA to have a cell that incrementally changes with each print? Product b-k640 Customer CoreLT Lot # 008/300 <-----This number changes with each print. Build Date 1/14/2015 Alternatively, I could have a macro that generates a workbook with several build travelers, either on the same worksheet or on several worksheets. I'm just not sure where to start.

Basically, everything is possible programmatically in VBA and what you have requested of incrementing the numbers is very much a normal coding, but I need more information on what do you mean by a BUILD TRAVELER and how is it printer on paper, like is it a label of some sort, because the data printed is very little. Otherwise, I am ready for the job. Please, send me a sample of an excel workbook with some sample data to test.

I have a good experience in VBA Macros, Automation, Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, etc. Regarding your project, from my understanding you want to enter the details and then those details will get register in another sheet. Should be able to use VBA to detect printing and increment a variable when it happens. Either that or tie printing to a button that handles the variable and the print action. Should be an easy job.
