Data Entry Clerk

Filing and sorting of documents. Collate worksheets into packets for Data Analysis department. Provide assistance receiving and sorting incoming samples. Achieve productivity and quality goals. Assist in other departments as assigned. Logging samples for laboratory testing in LIMS system. Contact clients to confirm test parameters and requirements. Provide support for client call volume and direct appropriately. Personal Qualities: Extremely organized and detailed in performance of all assigned duties. Must be able to work at a fast pace in a rapidly changing environment. Ability to and work with internal data coding system and numbers. Self-disciplined and able to work independently when required. Professional in attitude and appearance. Client orientation and thrive by Professional Qualifications and Experience: One to two years of recent data entry experience in a professional office setting is required Excellent keyboard skills. Minimum requirements - Accurate ten key by touch 10,000 kph, typing 60 wpm. Compensation and Benefits: Starting pay range of $11.50 to $13.50 per hour depending on experience Self directed 401K with company match Paid vacation and personal holidays after one year of service Medical, dental, and disability insurance available Miscellaneous Information: This is a permanent full time position. Typical hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Demonstration of keyboard proficiency required
