Thank you for your project Proposal ID 10216098 "Fill in a Spreadsheet with Data". This is a simple task which requires keenness and attention. It involved setting up a spreadsheet and filling it with details of Contractors tender prices from a prescribed source. I undertake the same as follows: (a) Review of the source data for the Contractor's tender prices submitted for tender referred to here. (b) Setting up of an excel file. I will then set up a destination file to be used for filling in the details from the original source document. (c) Typing. I will tabulate and type the prices recorded in the Contractor's tender bid document in this new file (d) Naming. I will the name the entries number the rows and columns. (e) Editing and proof-reading. I will do data editing and spell check. (f) Client contact. Will contact the client with completed document to the client for approval. Though the actual size of the document is not provided or issued, it is hard to quite well. I do not know whether the typing is for the prices only or for the entire priced Bills of quantities used by the Contractor during the bidding process. Ideally, I need to check a sample page and be notified of the number of pages to know how long and how much the assignment will take and cost respectively. Kindly provide these for competitivs quotes.
