Finding Ad Rates

We are looking for someone to work on and fill in the blanks for the attached spreadsheet, looking for specific ad rates in both college newspapers across the US and film industry trade publications. We have already identified the schools we are interested in, as well as the film publications. We just need someone to fill in the blanks for us with the school's newspaper name, their ad rate for an 1/8 page ad (please specify in the column if it's a different size), and then the ad rate for the same size ad for the film publications.
