Need Administration Assistance

Seeking simple administrative assistance with an MS Excel data file project. We need some basic administrative assistance moving information form one cell into another cell within an MS Excel file. We are working on a project for a company called Foot Locker and needed to collect all of the location information for all of the Foot Locker Stores across the US. As such, I had my Administrative Assistant go to [login to view URL] and cut-and-paste all of the address info from the [login to view URL] website into an MS Excel file, by State. She then started moving the information into the appropriate fields; which are arranged into columns. She was able to get the information re-arranged for several States (AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, CT, DC, DE, HI, ID, IN, IA, KY, ME, NH, ND, RI, SD, UT, VT, WV, WY), but is now out of the office on vacation, and unable to complete this project on time. Therefore, we need some basic administrative assistance to finish this simple data file project so as we can move this over-all project to the next step. Those States (Tabs) that still need to have the address information re-arranged into the correct cells are: CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI. In addition to re-arranging the address information into the correct cell, you may find that some of the address information from [login to view URL] is missing some of the specific parts of the address (such as street number, street name, zip code, etc., etc.,). In those cases where some of the address information may be missing, you will need to go to some additional websites to try and collect the necessary accurate information. Those websites are listed on the very first Tab of the Excel data file. You will also find some extra information that was cut-and-pasted into the Excel file during the initial creation of the file that we do not need,……………just delete that unnecessary information.
