WHAT FOR: I am passionate Kitesurfer and I am programming a private homepage, which describes Kite surf spots. WHAT TO DO: -Therefore I was searching for Kitespot (mostly flickr) pictures that fit my homepage and I put the links in an Excel File. So I was putting around 700 pictures links (mostly Flickr) in an Excel File. Flickr uses difference licenses (All Rights Reserved & Common Creative Lincense-CCR) types and therefore the work sope of this project is to ask Flickr User for permisson to use their picture. 1.) If it is an All Rights Reserved, the person who owns the Copyright needs to be contacted via Flickr and asked for permission to use their pictures. 2.) If it is a CCR (Common Creative License) and no real name is given to their account, you also have to send an Email via Flickr and ask their real name, because I would like to give credit to all the people who allow me use their picture. 3.) All CCR and All Right Reserved licensed (permission given) have to saved in a folder system, which I will provide. WHAT I PROVIDE: -Excel List with links of the photos -I will also provide the two texts (Asking permission for use All Rights Reserved licensed photos, Asking for Real name of CCR licensed photos where no real name is given), which have to be sent out SCOPE of WORK I estimate that around 300 inquiries have to be sent (some pictures can be saved right away without sending an inquiry, some pictures belong to the same user) I believe it is around 30 hours of work. WHATS NEEDED: -Excellent Coordination and Accuray -Basic Computer Skills -Familiar with Flickr TIME FRAME: 60 days, but I am flexible (as I know response time from those contacted may need time)
