I want to have an excel sheet that is tracking all materials. I input all materials details (material name/material#/material description/ quantity at company warehouse /Quantity at local supplier WH/all transactions history(reservation, purchase requisition, released Purchase order; detailing quantity and delivery status)/safety stock) It should be provide in GUI interface to be easy to use for others. Professional graphics I have only the access to change and I am the only one to give permission for others. When stock is below the safety stock, I need to be notified automatically. I can search by material number or name. Print out a report about required material showing material details ( name /number / available quantity at company Warehouse and supplier WH, reservation, PR, or PO) If possible to connect it with “MD04” SAP code, I’m not sure if this working. I am not sure if there is something else is missing, but I accept any other suggestions
