Build a database

Hi there, my name is Matt Sergei (do call me Matt, please) and can create your web-based app and database (essentially scripts for a web page interacting with a user, saving/loading to a database and displaying charts). I understand the big picture. Here's the plan: 1. PHP scripts will be used for user authentication (and profile management), database interaction and (text) similarity searches (using built-in function, scripted to allow several comparisons). 2. Standard MySQL database will be used (check if you have it available in your web hosting, together with PHP). Data structure will be defined with further information from you. 3. D3.js library will be used for charts. Radar charts are a no-brainer for me though some additional work will be needed to output charts like this: [login to view URL] - if you don't see it, download a file to your computer and open it in a web browser with all text captions properly placed (not upside down as is default), colors, two or several groups of answers compared like this (a chart can have rounded corners): [login to view URL] etc. Otherwise I'm 27 years a webmaster and IT developer, doing CSS/SVG/javascript animations/visualizations with GreenSock and D3.js libraries for 7+ years.
