Facebook Ads Expert/Specialist for E-commerce Conversions/Growth

I'm the founder of a start-up e-commerce brand looking to bring on a FB ads expert/specialist to help create and execute a digital marketing strategy with the overall goal of starting and testing with as low of a budget as possible. I'm looking to work one on one with this person to create a successful, scalable marketing campaign. Our brand is called Rabbit Bra.
