If I may, I'd like to give you some advice. Technology is already like a commodity. Building your your LMS will take a lot of money, effort and time. After all of that, the platform will be outdated after no time. Plus, what really makes a difference business wise and also in terms of learning results is the technology to build the courses themselves, not the LMS. So my advice is: hire an LMS from the market (there are great options with amazing features, including some with AI), and invest more in high-quality, interactive and impactful courses, especially using xAPI and a good LRS. I've been working in field of online education for more than 15 years, and I can assure you that the courses, not the LMS will move the needle.
