I am excellent high frequency transformers design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

25VA will not charge the 60-volt bank for a long time (rough estimates) 24V x 7A = 168VA / 25VA = 6.72 hours (assumes you can achieve the voltage with the CT souruce. Worse if you can't and have to step-up). 60V x 14A = 840VA / 25VA = 33.6 hours (assumes you can achieve the voltage with the CT souruce. Worse if you can't and have to step-up). And you will not be able charge while running a 2A load. If you already have the 230VAC source, why not run it instead of the CT? Is this an off-line UPS or on-line UPS application (or neither)?
