I have a small 23-room hotel property in Boracay, Philippines. The property has 23 rooms on the first three floors and a roof-deck with nipa construction. I need an as-built diagram, so that I can get an occupancy permit for the building. In order to pass, I need signatures from civil, mechanical and electrical engineers. Obviously, this requires current Philippine licensing, I need this ASAP. I can provide a general layout of the first three floors of the building. Let me know what else you may need, and if you can schedule a site visit. Thank you!
