I want do this: a bumblebee drone will use a multispectral camera will do a scan in surface of backyard. Before this, a artificial Intelligence using tensorflow or other image recognition IA for this problem will search problems in the grass, we named this entity QueenBee. We have other specialized entity we named worker bee, this bee will execute 3 tasks flight from the hive, go to the gps point and deposit something, and go to back to hive for recharge.

I think Raspberry Pi is better suited to your project needs compared to Arduino, since we can run TensorFlow models on it for image processing. The visual elements can be detected using CNNs.
