Hi, Recently we implemented very similar design for national telecommunication company in our country. I'll supply : 1- 4 double sided pcb prototypes. 2 of them promoted will all components and in working order. 2 of them are blank 2- Schamatic, PCB and gerber files and pick-n-place files and bill of materials for mass production 3- Firmware, PC bridge software ( collects data from modules and creates entries in SQL database) and source codes Some Features of the Design: -Web based and TCP/IP socket based (point to point) connection -RMS voltage, RMS current, line frequency, RMS power and energy measurements. Line voltage sampling for harmonic analysis. -Device will have two multifunction relay for remote controlling. This will be a professional and proven design for production, not a hobbyist home made project. Please consider this. I'm sure you already know that you might serious problems, returned products, frozen units etc because of the unexperienced designer's dirty designs. Don't hesitate contact us for further questions. We are a group of engineers with embedded development experience. We already have a project that can be modified to fit your needs. We'll provide gerber, schematics,firmware and prototype. The bid is for entire project, the unit cost will fit your requirement.

Development - time and material base. 1) Very draft estimation: $6000 2) 10 prototypes producing only electronics $1500 without mechanics 3) not included certification costs 4) $99 estimated cost for mass production over 1000 pcs. with 25% error. Real cost of producing per pcs will be estimated on real producing line. So I recommend to do development by one vendor and producing on other vendor (even in different countries).
