I need your help to design a custom power delivery system PCB with the following features. 1. Take input from 11 to 18V 2. All Output should remain constant at 12.5V regardless of input battery voltage 3.(normal power) 4 lanes 12v 3 A each with barrel connectors at the end. 3.1should be able to measure the current consumed in the lane. data of the current consumed to be fed to an arduino input. 3.2should be able to switch on/off using arduino/microcontroller digital signal 4.(PWM power) 3 lanes12v 2A each with rca connectors at the end. 4.1 Each lane recieves a PWM signal from arduino/microcontroller and provide pulsed 12v power 4.2 same as 3.1 4.3 same as 3.2 5. Provide power for arduino/microcontroller Help me to design the schematic and gerber files for printing. Hello, Hello, I think for the normal power, it can use a buck-boost converter with an enable pin, the arduino can turn on/off the converter through this pin. Also add a current sense monitor in each output to measure the current For the pulsed power, i think it depends on how short the pulse is. If it needs a fast and short pulse I think we can add a controllable load switch in the output of the buck-boost converter that can be controlled by an arduino, more important the converter frequency must be higher than the PWM. Hi, this is Supriyo. I am a Mechatronics engineer with 5+ years of extensive experience. My previous experience on circuit diagram and micro controller is enough for your requirement. To implement your requirements I will go with:- 1. Universal step up - step down voltage converter circuit for 11/18 v input to 12v output. 2. For measuring current we will use ACS712 sensor module input to Arduino. 3. For controlling on/off there will be relay switches, controlled by Arduino. 4. And implementing PWM control L298n driver is best. Also controlled by Arduino. 4. For Arduino power supply there are provision in L298n driver.
