I need a procurement specialist to identify demand that my business can fulfill. The specialist would go to [login to view URL], and search for keywords, then email suppliers for those materials, and keep a track of all bids in the pipeline in a very basic excel spreadsheet. My business is a fulfillment center for the government. We do not manufacture anything, we buy it from suppliers.

I have more than 10 year experience in procurement. The work you expect me to do can be termed as "trading" where you buy from the supplier and sell it to another keeping a profit. I am fully experienced with the tender business. I can do this work very easily. Every day I will visit the web site given, Search for suppliers and write to them for quotations and maintain the proces quoted in an excel sheet. Thanks.
