I require a pcb designed with the specifications as listed below. The main requirements for these boards are that they be as small and light weight as possible. The main function of the board is to function as a bluetooth beacon similar to this design ([login to view URL]) however with all the non necessary features removed (such as the leds and buttons) and smaller if possible. The main chip on the board is the Nordic nRF51822 ([login to view URL]) The board will be powered by coin cell batteries, as small as possible while keeping the battery life in the months. (an led or similar for showing when the battery is low would be nice as well) The board will need uhf rfid on it similar to this ([login to view URL]), it would be nice but not necessary for the nRF51822 to be able to read the id from the rfid chip. There will need to be some way of programming the chip that doesn't add to the size of the chip. I require the following deliverables: Gerber file, BOM, Stencil Files, BMP render of the pcb as well as the original design files.

I believe I could help with the PCB design and manufacture but not the case or the software. I have recently designed several Blue tooth products using Nordic devices NRF 8001 and NR51822 and the Laird BL600 hybrid. If you write back I can send some examples across, one is for an ECG monitor. The devices contain a mixture of Flash, orientation / motion device, RTC, LED's and buzzers. I have contacts in China so could help with the mass production of this product. If you wanted an RFID tag you could consider the NTAG230F which has the ability to be used to wake up the device from a power down state. The last device I designed with the nRF51822 achieved a range of 110ft The deliverables would be as follows:- 1. Circuit diagram as a pdf 2. Items list fully costed using distributers part numbers as an excel spread sheet. 3. Custom PC layout with assembly as pdf for approval. 4. Dear Sir. I can design such a project very accurately and on time. As result you'll get Altium project including schematic, routed pcb, bom, gerbers (i.e. Stencil Files) and 3D model in the graphic format. Additional docs will be in the pdf. Best Regards, Anton.

Hi , I can design the required schematic , pcb and also offer you to manufacture it . All my design files will be made in Altium Designer . I have recently finished successfully hardware design of similar product using CC430 which is microcontroller with RF core . Regards,
