I have used various CAD/EDA tools for PCB design. Do you have schematic in any format (or) need to develop the schematic too? Hi, I'm very experienced hardware design engineer. I have already designed 3 different boards based on IMX6 device. One of them is very similar to the one you need: - 1xSata, - 1x PCIe, - 4x USB2.0 - 2x UART - 1x LCD - 1Gb DDr3 - 1Gb ETH, -microSD card socket, - HDMI interface few others, At this point it looks like working device update - according to your requirements is needed. Please let me know if my offer is interesting for you. Regarding to timeframes - whole update works will not take more than 10-15 days, but becasue of my schedules I need to talk about 20-30 days. I have a team (7 members currently, can increase if need), we are working for a USA company(schematic design and PCB Layout, 3D models). - The software we are using is Cadence Allegro 15.7-16.6.10, Altium 14.3 and Mentor Expedition EE7.9.4, CAM 10.5, Genesis, Valor and Solidworks 2014. - The board design can be small to large: up to thousand components and high density constraint, high speed signals, PCIe, SFP, DDR3, RF...etc. - Multi layers boards. (2 layers up to 40 layers). - Multi people to work on the board to meet your schedule. 2. Working Proceduce: 1/. We will estimate the working time. If you approve the working time, cost, and schedule, we will start to work. 2/. We will send you the daily report to report status and bring up any questions/issues regard to 3D, schematic, layout (block diagram, documents, guidelines, ...). 3/. You can send us any requirement on report daily via g-mail or skype id:ducthang2013 4/. Note that we can put multi people on a design so the schedule can be reduce to meet your request. Design BASED on SMARC-sAMX6 Schematic, layout design: PCIe (3 connectors), SATA, USB x2, Ethernet, HDMI, USB OTG, I2S/SPDIF, SIM, MIPI 8 layer PCB. For 6 Layers layout design will be longer, I estimate a week longer (and might be impossible), so add €900 to total, if that is preferable, let me know. I will start at 6 layers at first. 2-board stack (one is SMARC-sAMX6), in addition to SIM connector, which would be on the same side in parallel. Schematic entry time: 40 hours, working at 30hr per week: 1.33 weeks Layout time to be approx: 105 hours. At 35hr/week: <3 weeks Software development: Most drivers are already on the internet, - no time spent on SW Hardware manufacturing time, procurement: 1 month. No time is spent with PCB manufacturers or assembly house - if there is, then it will be [Billed by hour] Board bring-up, debugging HW, and HW/SW integration: This usually varies significantly, depending on the amount of peripheral testing required, 2 weeks or more, [Billed by hour] TOTAL time billed: 1.6 month or more (depending on time for debugging) TOTAL time to get final product: 2.6 months

Hi, I've previous experience with Industrial Gateways and Protocol Converter design / development work using microprocessor based solution with secondary processing via FPGA/CPLD. My circuit design includes Atmel SAM9G, Digi ARM9, Micrel Multi-Port Ethernet, USB (), Altera MAX, Altera CYCLONE, Multi-Power Solutions (AC, DC, SMPS, Sequencer, Supervisors, etc.), Isolated / Non-Isolated Legacy Busses (RS232, RS485, RS485), Industrial / Military Busses (LonWorks, KNX, AnyBus, Mil-Std-1553, Arinc429, etc.) in addition to the standard microcontroller and analogue circuitry. Board design from simple to complex board routing including Xilinx ARTIX/KINTEX (including +1000 BGA, QFN, LGA), impedance controlled routing and net length tuned boards, high power (voltage / current) as well noise control/component optimisation for layout purposes in combination with BOM i.e. DfX. Last, but not least inclusion of test strategy and implementation on board from the beginning i.e test points (fixtures), JTAG (for ISP plus BSDL), mounting considerations, etc. All design work to be completed in Altium 15 including Schematics and PCB. BOM will be Excel, while a STEP model will be provided of the PCB. Regards, Arno
