Water treatment system design required (Experienced Engineers only)

Hello I require the services of a mechanical design engineer to help with the design of a water treatment system. The treatment system should be compact and function without requiring electric power. It should be retrofitted and able to treat any specification of water to a drinkable standard thus eliminating all impurities. The treatment should be instantaneous, such that the demanded flow rates at the tap is maintained. Interested freelancers are required to supply as part of their bids, design concepts which will be used to judge their suitability. Only mechanical design Engineers with ample design experience will be considered. Final project deliverable include:- 1. Concept design drawings including sketches 2. Detailed design calculations 3. Final design 3D model 4. Final design production and construction drawings in 2D (Preferrably Autocad which is then converted to 3D). 5. Design operating manual and specifications 6.
