Excel form that allows the user to input only values that are in a SQL database. As the user types it into the field, a list of compatible values should appear and be selectable. (The best example for this behavior I can find is the way Everything Search Engine [login to view URL] shows results) Finally, The code should be commented. Attached are the SDK if you want to do it via XML Requests and the Database Model for the SQL approach.

I need to see an example of the form you would like and understand how many different fields are being validated from the database. Also, would likely need some level of remote connectivity or at least an extract of the example table to develop against.
