Custom Reports designing

I am looking for someone/company to create replica's of the attached PDF report with custom data entries that I will supply. The master report is in Adobe Illustrator and the data will be supplied in Excel with the relative headings. Sections 1,3,6 and 7 will require visual changes relative to the amounts. (Graphs will need to be proportional to amounts) Main heading will require text changes as well as section 2 which will need two Google maps extracted from one report into the .ai file. Sections 4, 6 and 7 will just require text changes that are also supplied. The volume could get quite high, initially we are expecting 3 reports per week to begin. Kind regards
