We would like to make this spreadsheet impossible to mess up. It seems complex, but I believe a good spreadsheet expert can clean it up so that all we have to do is export the correct sales information from our software and dump it into a spreadsheet and it should self calculate. We pay commission on a tiered scale every two months. The commission is separated and paid differently based on self performed work or subcontracted work. If they have an assistant they will give their assistant a percentage of their commission.
