Develop Google Scrapping Tool

I need a freelancer who can build a data scrapping tool which can fetch data from Google based on some [login to view URL] fields to be extracted is fixed and they are as under:- 1. " URL of Contact Us Page " of every website on first 4 pages of Google results searched for 1 particular keyword 2." Email Ids ( maximum 5 ) present on Home Page & Contact Us Page " of every website on first 4 pages of Google results searched for 1 particular keyword. 3." Phone Numbers ( maximum 2) present on Home Page & Contact Us Page " of every website on first 4 pages of Google results searched for 1 particular keyword. Apart from this I do not want the results coming from Advertisement Websites,Classified Ads or Directories like [login to view URL],Dial 7 .com,Yellow Pages etc.. I am only looking for data till 4 pages and the tool should not consider duplicate records as [login to view URL] tool should be able to fetch at least 1000 records in 5-10 minutes of [login to view URL] maintain the performance and quality of Output data .It should be exported to Excel sheet. The Budget for this project is fixed ( USD 45-USD 60 )and will be released once the freelancer provides the complete software package after testing. I can create a milestone of 25% amount initially to sign the [login to view URL] bid only and only if you can deliver the end result in the mentioned [login to view URL] not be able to bargain a lot..!!
