Excel Automation

We need a large excel file modified. Please pay attention to the instructions, if you don't understand them upon us contacting you that means that you didn't read them or look at the examples -- we will immediately move to the next freelancer. This is very specific. There is an attached sample file. This is just a preview for understanding. Please take note that we have 18k+ unique model numbers for the products. 1) The file is in Google Sheets, but can be edited in Excel if you prefer. 2) The second sheet with "Services" is a list of services we need to offer with every single model of phone in our inventory. The model of phone is in "Sheet1" column "K". 3) Currently, we have product models that offer a all of the services, or a majority, or a few or none at all. We need this fixed and automated/scripted. We need all existing models in inventory to have any and all missing services from the list added. This obviously needs to be able to support us going forward for when we add new product models, and it automatically outputs the service rows. 4) The only data your work needs to be responsible for is to enter Services name (complete list) to each unique model number. An example of the completed view output is located in the "Sample Complete" sheet for you to view and see the completed outcome. 5) Column "post_title" is where this data is finally brought together and generates the full title from all the relevent columns by utilizing "=L2&" for "&J2&" "&K2" for example. This obviously does not need to be done. Complete Defined: This project is complete once: 1) All the 37+ services are listed for each and every unique product. This is the data that is in column "L". 2) The Brand (Column J) and Model (Column K) fields are entered. 3) Your functionality is automated/scripted to allow for models to be added/modified/deleted at any time and it will provide the required rows with services.
