Hi I would like to have a Freelancer populate data for me from the web in relation to stock prices from the Australian Stock Exchange - Attached is a spreadsheet which I would like populated. I will award the project to the Freelancer who can propose the best solution to automate the data entry (not a manual process) and who is the most cost effective (expect around $50). Also happy to chat about your proposed solution To explain my requirements: - The worksheet contains two tabs, and in Col A and Col B of each tab is a stock code (ASX) and date for the relevant stock. - I would like the Freelancer to insert the open, high, low and closing price for each day along with the trading volume for each stock - The days are consecutive and +1 etc, +2 days etc before or after the relevant date - The areas in I would like data inserted are shaded in grey for both tabs In the past, I have seen other freelancers complete this with an array formula which looked up data from Yahoo Finance. I am also happy for Freelancers to insert additional sheets if they require, but I would like the final data to be in the format I have enclosed. Thanks, and look forward to working together

For your automation, my idea is by set a macro code that will automatic update. But can you give me the url? The problem usually in the URL. O, H, L, C price is no problem at all. I hope we'll discuss further. Thanks

Hi, 1. It looks you have some error fields in the Stock Future sheet, the Close field is missed! Just check the -202 (AMD4 to AMH4 cell). Is it on purpose or the fields are simply missed? If it's missed, I assume this sheet should be re-arranged so each date will contain Open, High, Low, Close, Volume data orderly. 2. It looks the Stock Future sheet contain at least -203 days (backward), I don't know if it's true or my software has run out of memory/RAM. If it's true, what's the maximum backward day? If you agree with my bid rate, please reply so I can provide you the sample of 10 rows of data. Regards, Ibnu

For most of the formulas, google finance data is accurate. I do have a sample if you need it. Payment on completion and satisfaction
