Hi, I have worked in MS Access since 1993 and understand exactly what you are after. Some of the work I have done related to Access was a customer database with quote/invoice, spare parts handling, return tracking. This was for a company with 300 employees, over 100 distributors and international sales, so it was quite large with a lot of special tools and functions. Another database was for the spare parts department where they entered every repair with failure codes and report system. In short, I know my Access I actually feel you might have been a bit too generous with budget here, but that depends on what exactly you need to invoice. How complex the product is. Maybe when the scope is explained a little more in detail it will show that the job can be done for less. Included in my bid is follow-up and support. I propose an agreement where part of the payment is saved for say three months. This means that you get three months to get going and use it on a daily basis. You know who it is? Only after a while does it settle and maybe you find that you'd like to add a function/report/field/other, which I'll then add so that you don't need to post a new project on here. Minor changes as time passes, I will assist with. Doesn't matter if it's a year after file delivery.

I am a Microsoft Office Specialist Master and have had previous experience in accountancy so that should play to your advantage.
