I currently work as a group accountant for a construction company. I am responsible for processing payroll, accounts receivables and payables, recording transactions, cost management and keeping track of finances. I have been employed in this capacity for almost a year and I have embraced this role whole heartedly. Therefore, I have the necessary skills required to efficiently and effectively carry out bookkeeping and accounting tasks. I am also knowledgeable of QuickBooks since this is the accounting software I use for my current job. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is one of my strongest skills. I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and Access. I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Finance obtained from The University of the West Indies.
