From what I understand, you are currently using Excel to formulate & send your quotes and invoices, but would like to instead use the web-based application Zoho to generate documents such as these.
I have experience using a web-based app called Sage One Accounting which is a comprehensive accounting system; albeit online.
I would like to see if I can be of assistance with regards to your project in setting up your quote & invoice templates within Zoho. I am accustomed to working with web-based applications and can get my way around them with ease. I worked for a web design & development agency for over 7 years and so have used various different types of online systems, trained clients to use online tools & even wrote training manuals in this regard.
