500 Facebook Fans - USA only

We recently set up a business page & our looking to generate 500 Facebook Likes (to start)- USA only. We plan on setting up country restrictions to ensure that only North America fans can be added. + All fans must be real people with active Facebook pages (no fake accounts) or accounts at risk of being suspended soon. + Nothing Illegal! + Nothing that will get my account suspended or deleted. + No bots, blackhat, farmville or other games. + No Spamming + No Fans, Followers, Viewers with illegal, pornographic, hate, or racist content + Fans must have profile pictures + No duplicate, abstract or nude type profiles pictures, + No duplicate name for same profile picture PAYMENT TERMS 50% once you complete half of the accounts. Left 50% will be released after 15 days of completing projects to justify that likes are not decreasing & your accounts are not getting banned. CAUTIONS: You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted. Again, if my page gets banned for too fast friend adding you won´t be paid If you think that you can fulfill these requirements and provide fans to fan page, please bid this project. When bidding please: - State how fast you can deliver and the method you will use (note I prefer that fan acquisition happen over a 1-week period, NOT all at once). - Price - Accurate date of delivery - An overview of your method to gain Facebook Fans
