File synchronization agent for Windows 7 and Windows 8

File synchronization agent for Windows 7 and Windows 8 against a Linux fileserver (using SFTP, FTP/SSL or purchased 3rd party libraries - I will pay for any 3rd party library you use in addition to the freelancer-bid, if you suggest it in your bid of course). I want to have developed a program that synchronizes a “Favorites”-folder against a Linux file server. That’s the main task: Sync both ways in a secure way. For those who knows about it, I want the same functionality that Kerio WorkSpace uses (qt and some csynclibrary). WorkSpace is no longer developed. Please read the attached Requirements-documents, it explains everything in detail with pictures. It will be further paid job on this after the initial client is done, since not all details are ready (for instance what php-files to call after a file is uploaded or there is a conflict). But this project should aim at having a ready to test and working file syncronization program that takes care of everything that is mentioned in the requirerements. Please suggest how you want to solve this project in your bid - if you do not say anything, you will not be considered.
