121314 small flash gallery

Hello, I need a 12 photo flash gallery with scrolling thumbnails placed at the bottom right side of the photos. Please take a look at the attachement to get an idea of the layout. I may also need buttons to be just numbers 1 2 3.. and turn into thumbnails during a rollover. I will need the .fla file not just the .swf. It must be easily editable. I will also need the javascript for .swf HTML integration and browser compatibility. This animation must work perfectly with safari, mozilla and explorer. Please give me your best turnover time.
