Graphic, Web and Flash Designer Needed

We are a multi-national computer programming company. Our Headquarters are in Stei – Bihor – Romania, but we also have two working points, one in Oradea – Bihor – Romania (15 km from the Hungarian country border) and one in Bucharest – Romania, and we also have an office in Dallas – USA. We usually outsource medium and big projects to different coders/graphic designers/programmers teams around the world. As our company grows, we are looking for some new teams to work with. We will send them the documentation for the projects, the end date and the payment conditions. So, the teams will be paid by project. The price can not be negotiated. And we don't guarantee full time work. There will be periods when there will be a lot of work, but there will also be periods when we can't provide any projects. We also request that the team lets us show to our client its Portfolio. The clients will chouse the team on these criteria. At this moment we are looking for teams that can make dynamic sites in Graphic Design, Web Design and Flash Design. When you bid please send us information about your team/company and also send us your best works. Also provide the prices that you ask for a logo, a design for a front page and 3 more pages of a brochure-type site, a flash banner and the design for a full flash site (10 pages). The winner will be selected on these criteria.
