need quality designer for logo, graphic design, flash website

THIS PARTICULAR PROJECT: i need a very talented designer or design team to work with me on this project in three stages: 1) provide at minimum six logo concepts based on three directions: a. improve on current design (1 concept) b. new design, very elite, professional (2 concepts) c. new design, very fun & creative (3 concepts) 2) mascot: must develop an animated character (a puppy) that will flow well with the logo to be developed. 3) design 2-3 website templates, based on logo and mascot 4) develop into full, flash-based site. will be a small website, but needs to be VERY high quality. will deposit to escrow and finish payment upon satisfactory completion of each stage on the following schedule: 1) 10% of bid for completed & approved web logo 2) 15% of bid for completed & approved web mascot 3) 30% of bid for completed & approved web templates 4) remaining 45% of bid for completed flash development *your bid for this project should include all four stages, keeping in mind we'll pay along the way so you don't have to wait until the project is completely finished to get some cash. **work that is not comparable to portfolio posted will not be accepted. i can promise clear communication and prompt payment for projects performed in a satisfactory manner.
