We do not like chatting, we like talking to the people we work with. 6. This is a long-term relationship. once you do this for us, we will depend on you to maintain this app for us for many years to come, and to continuously add more features to this app for us. 7. we work Los Angeles hours 7am to 6pm, so we expect you to work during our hours for the initial part of the project and training, and finally testing etc... 8. deadline for this project is 2 weeks from the start date. we want someone to work on it full time until it is done. asap. 9. we will interview you to make sure we can talk to your comfortably before we work with you. be ready to talk with voice with good quality if you want this job. 10. We will need an NDA signed, as well as your identification card, and may need 3 professional references. 11. commits must all be submitted frequently so we can see the work is in progress. 12. 100% payment will be in escrow on Freelancer, and will be released when project is done. notes: * we have two other similar hardware, from other manufactures, that currently work with our flutter app, and those manufactures did not have an SDK that can talk to flutter directly, and so the way our dev team made it work was they wrote a channel (aka bridge or intent or wrapper) to enable flutter communication with the manufacture’s SDK. We expect you to follow the same method to make our app work with this new hardware. For the final deliver of the project, we expect the following: • We expect the app to run on the new hardware the same as it runs now on our existing hardware. • We will check every page and function in our app, on the new hardware, to make sure it is working correctly, as on the existing hardware. • Before we give our source code to our real app, we want to see you can make a simple flutter app to talk to the vendor SDK to get the reads from the device. A simple blank white page, with a simple read button, you click it, it reads, and displays a record. Once you demonstrate this, we will give our source code for you to continue the whole project. we will give you unlimited access to the device to achieve this. • As mentioned on point 3 of REQUIREMENTS and TERMS of Project, we expect the same APK to work on the new hardware as well as our old existing hardware, we don’t want to maintain two versions of the code for different hardware. When the app starts, read the device ID, serial number prefix, etc, to ID if the app should use hardware plugin 1 for the existing hardware, or hardware plugin 2 for new hardware, and plugin 3 for future new hardware.
