Hi. My name is Luciano and this project, translating some old Fortran code to Python, sounds very interesting. I have knowledge in both Fortran and Python. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
I have a Ph.D. in Astrophysics, working on numerical simulations coded in Fortran, for which I have a broad knowledge of this language.
In addition, I'm training in Machine Learning and Deep Learning in Python, which gives me a lot of knowledge in the latter.
If you are interested in continue talking, please drop me a line.
I'd love to know more about the project's detail. I offered $150 as you suggested as a upper bound, but I would be able to better estimate the fee once I know more about the code, things like if it's written in parallel, its length (number of lines), etc. I'm here to continue talking.
