Just to be clear, you want a game that focuses on curency math question. For example a game where if you reach the end of the maze, you have to solve a math question to go to the next level. If this is what you want, I think I can do it. I am best at graphic design but good enough at game desgning for this task. To start I would need more information on what you want , but from my inturpretation, I think i could handle it.
