Hi, we are developing a web app, the backend is in Rails and the front end in React, I want to deploy from Github to DigitalOcean using Jenkins, and make a system to easily deploy in the future. You will need to create the Jenkins Script. Or use another method to achieve it. I have 2 repos one for the API in Rails and other for the FrontEnd in React I am not ultra happy to pay for the DeployBot, but I will do if is necessary. I don't care to change DigitalOcean to Amazon some info: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I cannot change the price in the project, but I can go little bit high on the budget Update: Comment from some guy I would not recommend Jenkins as it is a pain the *** to setup correctly (I’ve maintained one for a while and every time there was an update I felt like crying lol) (I don't know if this is relevant or not... but I dont want to hire a deployer-guy everytime my developers make some changes)

Hi, I have the experience of setting up release pipeline for AWS ECS services from scratch for Golang and Node Apps using Github, Codebuild and Codepipeline. The deployment was done in multiple environments(staging, production). The workflow looked like this: 1. Trigger release pipeline via CLI command (This can be customized as needed. We can trigger on Github PR merge or something like that as well.) 2. A manual review step to approve the deployment and add notes if any 3. Release engineer approves the action and app is deployed to ECS The release pipeline can be tailored to your needs. Let me know if you want something like this. Thanks, Nirdos.
