Google App Engine Problems Urgent

I recently bought a website ([login to view URL]). It is a Twitter avdertisng network. The seller of the site has disappeared without showing me how to manage the site. The site is built on Google App Engine. I have received emails from customers saying that they are unable to login and others that need me to approve their ad before it can be sent by the Twivert ad network. I don't know how to fix the login problems and I don't know how to approve customer ads. I also can't fnd other important informaion such as the customer data base. I urgently need someone to look at the site on Google App Engine and show me how to use it show me how to manage the site.
