T-shirt graphic design: I need 10 custom designs

I need creative and talented artist to draw/complete original designs from concepts and details I express, also from images I provide and convert these to illustrator. We are a new and upcoming T shirt crew. Also For this project I am looking for a designer that is familiar with American culture so we can successfully create parodies and infuse humor. Our objective is 10 designs most of which will consist of 1 to 2 colors occasionally 3/* Files should be presented in photoshop, .PSD, .TIFF or .EPS formats only. If all goes well there will be more projects. Please do not bid if you can not draw, meet time requirements and will be using clip art. Let me absolutely clear at this point...If you do not respond to your PM's within 4-6 hours do not bid!If you have the following: poor communication skills throughout the project, alot of excuses, and clearly not understanding the project of what I require DO NOT BID ON THIS PROJECT.
