Car rigging and 40 sec animation in Cinema 4d

Hello. I have 3d car model (already textured) and i need some1 to rig it and make approx. 40 sec animation. (required in Cinema 4D) DEADLINE FOR PART (APPROX 10 SECZZ OF ANIMATION) COMPLETED ANIMATION IS 10.06.2013 OR IT CAN BE 11.06.2013. UNDER SOME CIRCUMSTANCES I WILL TELL TO HIRED MODELLER AND DEADLINE FOR FULLY COMPLETED ANIMATION IS 13.06.2013. Animation should be with introduction and conclusion (exact info about it i will give to hired modeller) Animation content should be, for example, car in movement, making some turns, turning on light beams before starts driving etc. Animation background and environment is on modeller. Would be great if u can add some spool smoke from tires. (this is optional) I need dynamic cameras in animation, let the cameras move around, change position, not static ones. Car model doesn't have interior, so you wouldn't have to roll camera inside the car. Doors and hood cannot be opened. Just a car as a whole driving around. I will pay from 30 $ to 50 $, when the job is done. I am attaching car's model photos. Finally, more detailed description of creating animation will be given for hired modeller.
