Design a Brochure

Settled Investor Summary: Design Brief Graphic design / infographics / print design We require design work for a summary document for an innovative new digital platform. The primary use of the document will be to explain the company and attract investor interest. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team from a highly experienced technology startup and could lead to a longer term working relationship. Creative Brief As a young company we are yet to finalise our branding guidelines, however the current website [login to view URL] can be used as an example of our current branding. We would like a sleeker and more modern look to this summary document however. We would like to keep the document simple and impactful, while being friendly and easy to read. We would like to see a consistent design throughout, with pages following a number of similar ‘templates’. We would like where possible to include infographic / visual interpretations of the text / stats in order to prevent the document from becoming overly corporate / text heavy. Big visuals / background images / nice uses of typography Technology / Delivery The document will be finalised as a PDF and as a high quality printed brochure (thick gloss card). Ideally, we would like the ability to make some modifications to the text based parts of the final document and the ability to re-arrange some elements if needed. We have in-house graphic design resources familiar with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other Adobe CS applications. So the final delivery should consist of: Original source file PDF for web distribution PDF for print Sections Content for the following sections can be found in this document. We’ve suggested some design elements within each section but we’re open to creative input here. Cover page. Full impactful page. Overview. Impactful main points, text. The future of all transactions is online. Text heavy section, spanning 2 - 4 pages. The Model. Text heavy intro + an infographic. Beta Platform. Text heavy + screenshots + table layouts. The Team. Photos + interesting layout. Technology and Design. Designs to be provided by Settled Strengths and Challenges. Text based section Roadmap. Infographic Company Valuations. In order to apply Share your portfolio / previous design work Provide a realistic timeline for this task taking into account the design required for each section listed above and the document length (likely to be 12-17 pages) Provide a mockup of how you’d approach the following section of the document (Note - this is an optional task but will help us determine how you might interpret the wider brief) Delivery Schedule We would first like to see styling examples of a few sections, this could be multiple mockups with varying design options - or one approach which we would iterate on. It’s up to you how you would prefer to work but we would like to provide feedback at the earliest opportunity and once we have decided on an approach stick to the concept and move forward with the remainder of the document iteratively.
