Create an HTML EMail from materials provided

I would like an html email created. Requirements are - 1. must have at the top an option to read as plain text in case the viewer does not have html enabled email. 2. images to be stored on web server - that I will give you ftp access to. 3. content for email to be found in [login to view URL] attached. 4. the look of the email should be similar to what is in [login to view URL] attached 5. image [login to view URL] is CLOSE but not exactly what I need for the email. 6. The email message should NOT have a picture of the product box. 7. Where in the file [login to view URL] there is content that says "Save up to 60% on Organic & Natural Foods." there should instead be the copy from [login to view URL] (attached) 8. I have attached a few other graphics files to make this easier to create - use them as you see fit.
