Design a Logo T3 Partners - Repost - open to bidding

We have two consulting, advisory and bookkeeping businesses based in Australia that operate 100% online. We are presently merging the two businesses together and as part of doing so will be totally re-branding, hence we are looking for a new logo. The merged business will be called T3 Partners. You may be able to incorporate this name into the logo somehow? The new logo must represent not only what we do, but most importantly WHY we do what we do. We are primarily concerned with operating a business that allows us to maintain work life balance whilst providing the same luxury to our clients. Colours we primarily wish to work with are white, ebony black and light/lime green. Attached is a balancing rock and bamboo image that we very much like, but feel that it's a little too much like symbolising a yoga business. Perhaps you could make alterations to it somehow to bring it back into line with what we do? Another idea is to use scales ( not necessarily like whats attached) to symbolise balance. One side of the scale could have something in it to represent business/work and the other side something to represent life? Perhaps the scale could be designed in the shape of a capital T and the design on the base could have a 3 in it ( the business name). Should we find a design we are happy with, we would require it delivered in many sizes and formats from flavicons, png's & jpegs as the logo will be used in many places. Email signatures, letterheads, our web site etc. We would also require the logo on a clear background.
