Fonts For Mobile Phone Game

We need two fonts created for a mobile phone application. Each font needs to span the character set described by ISO 8859-1. See [login to view URL] for the specification outline. We only need uppercase characters, so in fact the lowercase characters shown in the table at the link above are not necessary. The first font is to be a simple font and delivered in 3 sizes: 7x10, 9x11, and 11x14. Each size must include two sets of the font - one white and one black, with transparency. The second font should be more decorative - perhaps a gold font with a dark outline. It is also needed in 3 sizes: 9x11, 11x14, and 13x16. Only one color per size. A list of all requirements and guidelines is in the Deliverables section below. ## Deliverables Two fonts to be delivered as described above, and must meet the following requirements: 1. Each font must implement the ISO 8859-1 character set 2. One "simple" font in 3 sizes: 7x10, 9x11, and 11x14. Two colors each, one black, one white, with transparency 3. One "decorative" font in 3 sizes: 9x11, 11x14, and 13x16. One color each, suggest gold with dark outline. 4. As specified in the dimensions, each letter of each font is to be monospaced, i.e. consistent width. 5. Uppercase characters only needed from ISO 8859-1 character set, but may do all if it is simpler 6. Delivery of fonts must be as one long image of (number of characters x character width) in width and (character height) in height 7. For the simple fonts in two colors, left half of image is white characters, right half is black. For the decorative characters, only a single string needed. 8. Image has transparency 9. Final image is an 8-bit PNG 10. This means eliminating: - All of row 6x, except for the grave accent in column x0. - All of row 7x, except for the last four characters in xB through xE - The non-breaking space in Ax, x0 - All of row Ex - All of row Fx excpet for the division character in x7 The included graphics are just examples, but show the previous character set we were using. The full set does not include all of the additional characters needed in ISO 8859-1, but it illustrates how the fonts should be delivered. The characters in the graphic are in order of their placement on the table described at the above link, simply leaving out lowercase and other unnecessary characters. The other decorative graphic is just a rough guide of what we had been using before. Also included is a view of the "splash screen" we are using for the game, which should help guide how your decorative font should look, so as to fit with the theme. Additionally, work delivered should meet the standard specifications below: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
