Alter some Images

I am looking for someone who is really handy in designing a perfect image of what's in my mind, so this work doesn't goes with one hit but takes three or four chances until it gets itself perfectly done, so that i can exactly relate with no difference of that i have imagined and what you tire up to bring it out in real. Requirement: Size of the image ,width=41/4' inches and height=71/4 inches Color: should be in glare black/dark blue shade or mixed shade of dark blue and black. Content of image: image 1: It should be of streaks or lines in dark blue/black drawn out from the center of the image, This effect brought out from those streaks should be able to drive one's mind into it to the center of the image 1. image 2: It should be a simple moving hands of a clock or a sands of time enough to explain time moments drawn over the image 1, such that the effect and the quality of image 1 is still retained without spoiling. Here the streaks of the image 1 itself should bring the effect of time, while the image 2 with the hands should be able to explain enough. Final image obtained should be image 2 =image 1 + image 2 ( should give the effect that sands of time/moving hands of clock is drawing in to the center of image 1 through the streaks) The image 2 finally created should draw anyone's attention from any far when they have a look, so it should clearly distinct itself from other images that's present around it, with this simple illusion effect with which it is created it should be able to capture the mind of people of all ages. Please work to bring out the image 1 output separately + image 2 output seperately.
